Basic price list to build a buggy from a donor, new chassis and starting with an old buggy.  This isn't intended to be an actual price list, just a guide for the basic prices to build a buggy the three basic ways.  Excel Spreadsheet.

These are the three books I started with.  Even though I didn't build a sand rail dune buggy and some people think it's a little basic, the How to Build a Dune Buggy book got me started and hooked.  I still go back to it and I wired my buggy using their diagram, modified for my FG buggy.

The Dune Buggy handbook has a lot of interesting information and tons of photos.

John Muir's book is a classic and everyone should have one.  Preferably an oily copy.
